Update IAWC roles, presentation format, and CV/resume PDFs

- Expanded IAWC section with three 2026 roles:
  * Co-President, Doctoral Student Committee
  * Resource Page Coordinator
  * New York (Upstate) Ambassador
- Updated My Story section to reflect all IAWC roles
- Changed Virtual Vitality presentation to poster presentation
- Refreshed Kayla_Newkirk_CV.pdf and Kayla_Newkirk_Resume.pdf
