<p>On Linux, this sets the <code>SO_BINDTODEVICE</code> option on this socket (see

<p>If a socket is bound to an interface, only packets received from that particular

<p>On Linux it can be used to specify a <a href="https://www.kernel.org/doc/Documentation/networking/vrf.txt">VRF</a>, but the binary needs
